This month we’ve decided to highlight one of our favourite healthy pork mince recipes. This pork mince recipe is a speedy week-night treat with a healthy Asian-style twist on your favourite takeaway.
Chinese Pork Mince Stir-fry Noodles
In this month’s recipe delicious pork mince is sizzled with garlic and ginger, succulent pepper and crisp mangetout. Brown rice noodles and tamari-honey dressing add an extra element for a perfectly succulent Asian-style pork dish.

Recipe Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to create this deliciously simple masterpiece you’ll want to enjoy again and again. Notice we’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and stodge-free! It’s just good, easy to find ingredients and delicious flavours in our healthy recipes.
- 2 garlic clove
- 4cm fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp honey (use half)
- 80g mangetout
- 100g brown rice noodles
- 1 red pepper
- 300g free-range pork mince
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 80g baby sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp tamari
Cooking Instructions
- Boil a kettle. Place the noodles into a bowl, cover with boiling water, then leave to soak for 7 mins. Drain and rinse well.
- Thinly slice the pepper. Peel the garlic and ginger, then grate. Cut the mangetout in half. Slice the sweetcorn in half lengthwise. Make the dressing; in a small bowl mix together the tamari, vinegar and honey.
- Heat a large, non-stick pan with 1/2 tbsp oil on a medium-high heat. Fry the pork for 5 mins, until golden and cooked through. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the same pan with 1/2 tbsp oil on a medium-high heat. Add the pepper, mangetout, sweetcorn, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins before adding the pork mince. Cook for a further minute before adding the noodles and dressing to heat through. Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
- Serve the pork mince stir-fry. Eat and enjoy!
