Fruity smoothie ice lollies

Fancy a beat-the-heat ice-cold treat? Enjoy a refreshing snack using our deliciously fruity Mindful Chef smoothies!

Simply fill up your ice lolly moulds and pop them in the freezer until frozen. Add layers of fruit or nuts to jazz up your creations for a super simple snack you'll go wild for on a hot day.

You will need...

  • 1 pack of Mindful Chef Acai Power Smoothie
  • 200ml coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • A splash of coconut water
  • A handful of blueberries

Method...

  1. Order a Mindful Chef smoothie of your choice (hello, next-day delivery).
  2. Pop your smoothie mix, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup into a blender.
  3. Whizz until smooth.
  4. Add a splash of coconut water to loosen if needed.
  5. Add blueberries and pulse until it’s mixed in, but still a little chunky.
  6. Pour into moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours, until firm.
  7. Enjoy!
