Mindful Chef BBQ range

We’re turning up the heat and heading alfresco with a new range of mouth-watering BBQ recipes, ready to make it a summer to remember!

Go big on burgers, get fresh with new season lamb or take plant proteins to the next level. Whatever feel-good food you love eating, it’s time to fire up the grill for some healthy BBQ recipes – Mindful Chef style.

Our BBQ recipes will be on your menu from May 23rd to July 10th – simply look out for the BBQ symbol when choosing the healthy recipes in your account. The twist? They can all be cooked inside, as well as on the BBQ – so even the unpredictable Great British weather can’t stop us!

Whether you’re grilling for one or (rules friendly) a party of six, here’s a tempting selection of our favourite BBQ recipes from the new BBQ range, with the rest available to order online right now. All you need to do is decide… (easier said than done!)

Smoky pork kebabs, green beans & herby rice – Cook along live on Wednesday 26th May!

Every night can feel like BBQ night with these smoky kebabs, made from tender, British free-range pork, griddled onions and succulent peppers. Parsley, a source of bone-boosting vitamin A, livens up a side of brown rice.

Our spin on peri peri stars free-range British chicken legs, baked until golden and juicy. We serve ‘em with tender baked peppers and crisp wedges, sprinkled with sea salt and a crackling of black pepper.

We are celebrating the sweet taste of summer with this healthy vegan recipe, which features peaches, asparagus and hazelnuts on a base of earthy, nutty buckwheat. Grill the peaches over a barbecue if the weather allows it.

Our grass-fed British beef burgers are so tasty, they don’t even need buns. Here we pair the patties with fried eggs, avocado, tomato and sliced red onion. On the side? Homemade slaw and hasselback potatoes.

Kids can’t resist the crisp fries, dusted with Italian herbs; you’ll love the healthy, sustainably sourced salmon, drenched in an oozy marinade of harissa, Hilltop honey and smooth coconut yoghurt. Fresh rocket salad brings fibre to this healthy fish recipe.

Take a bite out of the Med! These burgers, with their sundried tomatoes, sesame seeds and oozy tahini dressing, taste of warmer climes. We serve with carrot fries and avocado wedges.
