4 simple steps to reset your sleep routine | Mindful Chef x Rituals

With so much going on in the world right now, getting a good night’s sleep has never been more important. We’re such big believers in a quality night’s sleep, that we even dedicated an entire chapter of our cookbook Mindful Chef Eat Well Live Better to recipes that promote better sleep.

Quality sleep enables us to wake up refreshed, recharged, and ready for a new day whatever it may throw at us, with proven benefits for both our physical and mental wellbeing. 

With that in mind, our good friends at Rituals have created a range inspired by the ancient Chinese concept of Jing, representing calmness and tranquillity, infused with ingredients that promote a better night’s sleep. 

Inspired by The Ritual of Jing, discover 4 steps to reset your sleep routine below.

Relax

Start your evening routine with a relaxing shower, to wash away the day and bring a moment of calm.
