  1. Preheat the oven to 240C / fan 220C / gas mark 9. Cut each salmon fillet into 4 large chunks. Dice the pepper into 4cm squares. Place both in a large bowl.
  2. Make the marinade; in a small bowl, combine the tamari, half the honey, chilli paste (to taste), juice from half the lime and 1/2 tbsp oil. Add half the marinade to the salmon bowl. Toss to coat. Thread the salmon and pepper evenly onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
  3. Place the skewers onto one side of a large lined baking tray. Trim the broccoli, place on the other side of the tray, and toss with 1/2 tsp oil and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Bake for 10-12 mins, until the salmon and broccoli are cooked.
  4. Bring a large saucepan filled with salted hot water to a boil. Add the noodles, gently separate with a fork and boil for 3-4 mins, until cooked. Drain, then rinse under cold water. Return to the saucepan.
  5. Thinly slice the spring onions. Stir the spring onions, remaining marinade and roasted broccoli through the cooked noodles.
  6. Serve the noodles and broccoli with the salmon skewers. Squeeze the remaining lime juice over the salmon (to taste).
