Stir-fried Pork Noodles with Tenderstem Broccoli & Chilli Honey Drizzle

Whip up this quick noodle stir-fry when you're tight on time. Free-range British pork mince sizzled with ginger, garlic, tamari and sweet honey. A medley of colourful veg like broccoli, pak choi and carrot for crunch. Drizzle with sticky honey and fiery chilli paste for an extra kick.

Before you start

  • Bring a medium saucepan filled with salted water to a boil
  • Pull out a large frying pan, a sieve & a grater

Time to noodle

  • Add the noodles to the saucepan, gently separate with a fork and boil for 3-4 mins, until cooked. Drain, then rinse under cold water

Prep the veg

  • Meanwhile, trim and halve the broccoli. Coarsely grate the carrot. Trim and roughly chop the pak choi

Get sizzlin'

  • Heat the large frying pan with 1 tbsp oil on high heat. Once hot, add the pork and break it up with a wooden spoon
  • Cook for 7 mins, until golden brown and cooked through. Add half the tamari, then remove the pork from the pan and set aside

Bring everything together

  • Keeping the pan on high heat, add the broccoli, carrot, pak choi and ginger & garlic paste. Cook for 4-6 mins, until softened
  • Add the cooked noodles and the remaining tamari
  • Return the pork to the pan and cook for 1-2 mins, tossing to combine, until heated through. Season with salt

Plate up

  • Share the pork noodles between bowls, then drizzle over the honey and chilli paste (for those who'd like the heat)
