  1. Boil a kettle. peel and dice the sweet potato and place in a a pan with boiling water and a pinch of salt and boil for 15 mins. then mash or blend to a puree. Roughly chop the green beans and in a pan of boiling water, boil for 5 mins and drain.
  2. To make the slaw, add to a bowl the following. Finely shred the cabbage, Slice the spring onion, grate the carrot, peel and finely chop the garlic, roughly chop the coriander, add the green beans, tamari, sesame oil. De-stone and slice/fan the avocado. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Heat a medium non-stick pan with 1 tbsp oil on a medium-high heat. Season the tuna and cook for 3-5 mins on both sides and slice.
  4. To plate, spoon the sweet potato puree onto the plate, add the tuna and spoon the slaw onto the plate.
