  1. Boil a kettle. Dissolve the half stock cube in a jug with 150ml boiling water then stir in the garlic & herb paste.
  2. Heat a medium frying pan with 1 tbsp oil on medium-high heat. Add the beef and break it up into rough chunks. Season with sea salt and black pepper and fry for 2-3 mins, until browned all over, then add the stir-fry veg and stir it in until the cabbage wilts. Pour in the stock and simmer for 4-5 mins, until the veg and beef are cooked.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a large saucepan filled with salted boiling water on high heat. Add the gnocchi and simmer for 2 mins, or until they float to the surface, then drain. Trim and quarter the radishes. Pick the mint leaves from the stalks and finely chop half.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the beef pan along with the chopped mint. Season with sea salt to taste, stir well and divide between bowls. Garnish with the yoghurt, radish quarters and remaining mint leaves.
