  • 1. Roasted, baby potatoes (halved), onion (wedges), beetroot (wedges) and carrot (slices)- Beetroot and carrot tossed in half of the maple for the final 10 mins of roasting
  • 2. Pan fried Chickpea, Pea & Lemon Zest Burger
  • 3. Dill and green harissa dressing (Coconut yoghurt, fresh dill, green harissa, remaining maple syrup)
  • 4. Assemble the salad ( Roasted veg, pea burger, green harissa dressing, rocket)
  • 5. Top with flaked almonds (toasted)
