Before you start

  • Preheat the oven to 220C / fan 200C / gas mark 7 / air fryer 200C
  • Line 2 large baking trays with parchment paper
  • Pull out a small bowl

Start the chips

  • Cut the potatoes into chips and place on a lined baking tray. Toss with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Roast for 25-30 mins / air fryer 20-25 mins, tossing once until the chips are soft and golden
  • Cut the broccoli into florets, trim the green beans. Quarter the lemon

Make the curry dip

  • Add the coconut to the small bowl with 1/2 a tbsp hot water. Use a fork to break up and whisk until smooth. Stir in half the tamari and katsu paste then combine with the yoghurt

Bake the basa

  • After 15 mins of cooking, lay the basa onto the other lined baking tray. Spread the garlic paste evenly over the basa, drizzle with the remaining tamari and sprinkle over the panko crumb
  • Add the broccoli and green beans to the tray around the basa. Drizzle everything with 2 tsp oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Bake the basa and veg for 11-13 mins, until the veg is golden and the basa is cooked through

Plate up

  • Serve the basa onto plates with the chips and veg alongside. Serve the curry dip alongside and garnish with the lemon wedges
