No-waste veg crisps

You'll need...

  • A handful of carrots, parsnips or potatoes
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, grated

How to cook...

  1. Wash and peel your veg
  2. Add oil and smoked paprika to the peel and mix
  3. Spread over a lined baking tray
  4. Sprinkle with salt
  5. Cook at 220C for 15 - 20 mins
  6. Serve with a dip - we’re dipping with yoghurt stirred with chopped parsley and a grated garlic clove.
