At Mindful Chef, sustainability isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s at the heart of everything we do. That means we’re constantly looking for ways to reduce packaging, find sustainable alternatives, and make recycling as easy as possible for you.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce our cool packs with fully biodegradable gel!
These little packs play a big role in keeping your ingredients fresh, but we knew we could do better when it came to their environmental impact. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve worked hard to find a solution that ensures your proteins & produce land on your doorstep in the freshest and most sustainable way.
So, what’s changed?
Fully biodegradable contents – Simply pour the liquid down the sink with running tap water. Recyclable outer wrap – Just drop it off at your local supermarket (we save ours up and go once a week) Same freshness, less waste – Your proteins and produce will still arrive perfectly chilled, but now with packaging that’s much kinder to the planet.
We’ll be honest—finding a cool pack that ticks all the boxes for sustainability and food safety wasn’t easy. It’s taken time to get right, and we’re so grateful for your patience and feedback along the way.
This is just one step in our ongoing journey to remove unnecessary waste wherever we can. And when we can’t, we promise to always find the most sustainable option available.
