Christmas turkey with sprouts & cranberry sauce
The ultimate festive classic, with all the trimmings! British turkey joins garlicky roasted potatoes, maple-drizzled carrots and crunchy sprouts, studded with pecans. Served, as it should be, with tangy cranberry sauce and rich gravy.
FESTIVE CHICKEN & CHESTNUT PIE
Fragrant sage and chopped chestnuts give our decadent free-range chicken pie, enriched with almond cream, a seasonal feel. Sweet parsnip mash tops it off; vitamin-rich Tenderstem and braised cabbage, lifted with star anise, are sides.
PECAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS, POTATO GRATIN & RED CABBAGE
Pillowy portobello mushrooms – stuffed with pecans and parsley, then baked – are plated with a garlicky gratin and star anise-spiced red cabbage. A vegan showstopper, bursting with festive goodness.
PASANDA PRAWN CURRY, FESTIVE RICE & POMEGRANATE
Need a break from the usual seasonal eats? Try this warming curry – sustainably sourced tiger prawns stewed with coconut, pasanda spice and tamarind. We spoon it over rice stuffed with sprouts and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
SIRLOIN STEAK WITH DAUPHINOISE & ROASTED TOMATOES
Whether you want a dinner party-worthy dish for celebration season, or just a midweek treat, this will impress. Tender grass-fed British steak meets a decadent cashew cream dauphinoise, green beans and juicy tomatoes.
MUSHROOM & LENTIL ROAST WITH CREAMED LEEKS
A festive vegan spread special enough for Christmas day. Our hearty mushroom and lentil roast, baked in sweet romesco sauce, is served with creamy mustard leeks and roasted chantenay carrots.
MIDDLE EASTERN SPICED CHICKPEA & BUTTERNUT SQUASH
Festive doesn’t have to mean chestnuts or cranberry – this celebratory stuffed squash is fragranced with wintry cinnamon and cloves, then topped with ruby pomegranate. Fibre-rich chickpeas fill you up; toasted squash seeds add crunch.
Venison with roasted chestnuts, parsnip & carrot
A real seasonal star! Our tender, pan-fried British venison is married with sweet chestnuts, vitamin-rich carrots, baby potatoes and earthy cavolo nero. We drizzle the lot with a moreish honey-mustard sauce.
