Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Avocado and Chocolate Mousse

Serves 2 | Gluten-free | Dairy free | Vegan


Our rich and creamy chocolate avocado mousse combines fresh ripe avocados with coconut milk, raw cacao and a drizzle of sticky maple syrup. It tastes so indulgent yet is only made with good for you ingredients and is dairy-free, gluten-free and perfect for vegans. We served this silky smooth mousse with coconut yoghurt and a scattering of tart berries.

Ingredients:


  • 2 avocados
  • 25g raw cacao
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
  • 120ml coconut yoghurt
  • Handful of fresh berries
Avocado and Chocolate Mousse

Method:


  1. Puree the avocado in a bullet or blender.
  2. Mix the coconut milk with the raw cacao and stir in the avocado. Add the maple syrup to taste.
  3. Spoon into small ramekins and chill.
  4. Serve with the coconut yoghurt and berries.
