1/ Harissa-spiced prawns with baba ganoush & quinoa
Our new sustainably sourced juicy tiger prawns are fit for celebration, sizzled with garlic and punchy rose harissa, then spooned over a bed of smoky baba ganoush and British quinoa. Griddled courgettes and red peppers add essential vitamins.
2/ Sirloin, truffled mushrooms & celeriac mash
Prefer the romance of indulgent bistro flavours? Fragrant truffle oil and grass-fed British sirloin steak are the perfect pair. But despite rich flavours it’s still brimming with veg, including mustardy celeriac mash, earthy mushrooms and vitamin-dense purple sprouting broccoli.
3/ Beetroot & butter bean Thai curry with black rice
With its vibrant pink hue, our fresh spin on red Thai curry is a great vegan option for Valentine’s, featuring folate-dense beetroot and silky butterbeans. Sugar snap peas add delicious crunch, while black rice makes a nutritious, filling base.
4/ Pork valentine & sautéed potatoes with kale salsa verde
Golden free-range British pork ‘valentine’ steaks – named for their heat-like shape – join crisp-skinned potatoes and garlicky mushrooms in this Sunday lunch-worthy spread. A spoonful of homemade kale salsa verde – brightened with zingy capers, gherkins and wholegrain mustard – finishes it off.
5/ Pan-fried pork valentine, with Asian slaw & peanut dressing
Switch things up this Valentine’s with Asian flavours – we’ve used the same heart-shaped ‘valentine’ pork steaks and drenched them in a peanut sauce. Served with a crunchy red cabbage, carrots and fresh sugar snap pea slaw – you’ll really eat the rainbow (and loads of vitamins) with this dish.

6/ Family hearty chicken & vegetable pie with mashed potato topping
We’ve kept our flavours classic here – free-range British chicken married with fragrant tarragon and a dash of wholegrain mustard. But it’s still ‘mindful’, using cashew cream rather than dairy, and featuring vitamin-rich Tenderstem broccoli on the side. It’s the perfect family feast to dive into this Valentine weekend.
7/ Family pork valentine with hasselback potatoes & creamed leeks
Tender, flavourful and quick to cook, our free-range British pork ‘valentine’ steaks – named for their heart- like shape – are the natural choice for family Valentine’s celebration. Paired with charred broccoli, creamy leeks and garlicky hasselback potatoes, this hearty spread is perfect for Sunday lunch.
