Husband and wife duo, Andrew and Louise Coulbeck founded JCS Fish in Grimsby twenty years ago. Their mission was clear; to raise the profile of farmed salmon as one of the most healthy, flavoursome and easy-to-source British fishes. And that’s exactly what they’re still doing today. Their expert team works closely with carefully-chosen fish farmers, mainly in Scotland. Head-on, gutted salmon arrives fresh daily at JCS HQ in Grimsby where its prepared in a huge variety of ways. From salmon steaks to skinless, boneless fillets and smoked fish, it’s a hive of salmon activity. And JCS only sources responsibly-farmed salmon, another key reason why we love working with them. The company is also one of just a handful of certified Organic fish suppliers in the UK. Their flavour credentials are outstanding and we’re delighted to have them onboard.
