Succulent duck renowned for its superior taste, and rich gamey flavour

In the 1980s The Gressingham Duck® was first bred using strains of wild Mallard and Pekin duck in the village of Gressingham near Lancaster, producing a succulent duck renowned for its superior taste, rich gamey flavour and higher percentage of breast meat. Today their ducks breed, hatch and rear on farms in East Anglia. The health and welfare of their ducks is an absolute priority for Gressingham and is at the heart of all they do, with the farms undergoing regular, independent audits across a wide rane of standards covering animal welfare, bio security, food safety, stockmanship and environment.
