Nestled in the heart of the North Wessex Downs lies Doves Farm and the pace of life is a little slower in this little corner of the British Countryside (now you know why we like to visit). The family run business first started back in 1977 when Clare and Michael sowed their first seeds - helping to reintroduce ancient grains back to the UK. Through a series of crop rotations they are able to naturally develop the soils fertility, control pests and grow speciality crops such as the buckwheat flour you’ll find in Mindful Chef boxes.
