We've created a smoky steak rub with paprika, garlic and ground coffee to give the flat iron steak a deep rich flavour, alongside oven-baked sweet potato wedges and a refreshing mixed salad with sliced radishes.
A light take on Tex-Mex. We fry the best heritage, dry-aged flat iron steak, then cut into strips and serve in lettuce wraps with a creamy chipotle drizzle. Served with brown rice. Our beef is always grass-fed and grass-finished.
