Asian sesame tofu with pak choi & rice

The Asian-style sweet & sour sauce drizzled over the tofu is made with fresh lime juice, tamari, maple syrup, fresh red chilli and zingy ginger. We've sprinkled the tofu with white sesame seeds, a great source of vitamin E, known to improve skin health and strengthen the heart.
