They are super-speedy and can be made in just 15 minutes!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefelixproject.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Felix Project,<\/a> bananas are one of the UK\u2019s most wasted foods. So don\u2019t chuck \u2018em. Make this tasty recipe instead!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This recipe makes 4 pancakes, 2 per person, and they are delicious drizzled with a little maple syrup, a natural sugar containing antioxidants.<\/p>\n<div class=\"recipe-card-inner\">\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 ripe bananas<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindfulchef.com\/shop?page=breakfasts&amp;pid=215\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mindful Chef Organic Porridge Oats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp ground flaxseeds<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp ground almonds<\/li>\n<li>Handful of blueberries<\/li>\n<li>Coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card-inner\">\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li>Peel the bananas and mash in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>To make the pancake batter, mix the eggs into the mashed banana and add the porridge oats, ground flaxseeds and ground almonds. Stir in the blueberries.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a frying pan on a medium heat with 1\/2 tablespoon of oil (you&#8217;ll need to cook them in batches) and spoon in a quarter of the mixture for each pancake.
