Did we mention that it\u2019s delicious too?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You\u2019ll need<\/strong>&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200g salted flora plant b+tter, diced<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50g cacao powder (plus extra for dusting)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>225g maple syrup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 tsp instant coffee<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50ml boiling water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tsp baking powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bd tsp bicarbonate soda<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g ground almonds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>180g plant-based yoghurt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C\/160\u00b0C fan\/gas 4. Line a 23cm springform cake tin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Heat a small saucepan on low heat. Add the b+tter, cacao powder and maple syrup. Simmer for 2-3 mins, until the b+tter has melted, stirring occasionally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Make the coffee; in a small mug, mix the instant coffee with 50ml boiling water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Combine all the remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl, then pour in the coffee, melted b+tter mixture and yoghurt. Stir to combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Pour the cake batter into your prepared tin. Transfer to the middle oven rack and bake for 35-40 mins, until risen and firm to the touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Leave to cool completely.
