Make the most of their bubblegum sweetness with this seriously good treat.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You will need&#8230;<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>12 plums from your Mindful Chef Fruit Box<\/li>\r\n<li>250g coconut sugar<\/li>\r\n<li>200g blueberries<\/li>\r\n<li>200g blackberries<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp coconut oil<\/li>\r\n<li>300g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindfulchef.com\/shop?page=breakfasts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mindful Chef granola or muesli<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method&#8230;<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Preheat the oven to 220C\/200 fan.<\/li>\r\n<li>De-stone the <strong>plums<\/strong> and dice, add to a pan with 150g <strong>coconut sugar<\/strong>, a splash of water, and cook for 15 mins on a medium heat.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add the <strong>blueberries<\/strong> and <strong>blackberries<\/strong>, and cook until slightly thickened. Transfer to an oven proof dish.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add the <strong>oats<\/strong> to a large pan on a medium to high heat, and toast for 5 mins.
