Bash the <strong>lemongrass<\/strong> with the back of a knife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Get cooking<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bring the <strong>broth<\/strong> to the boil, add all the ingredients except the <strong>spring onion<\/strong> and 1\/2 the <strong>coriander<\/strong> and simmer for 7-8 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3: Plate up<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the pho into a bowl and garnish with the remaining <strong>spring onion<\/strong> and <strong>coriander.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fancy trying another totally epic pho?
