We\u2019ll whizz up the creamiest vegan-friendly mayo together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you need&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>160ml aquafaba<br>(1 tin\u2019s worth of leftover chickpea water)<\/li><li>50ml <strong>apple cider vinegar (sulphites)<\/strong><\/li><li>25ml maple syrup<\/li><li>30g <strong>dijon mustard (mustard)<\/strong><\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Pepper<\/li><li>500ml oil <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Allergens in bold<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make it&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Add everything to your blender except your oil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Start blending, and slowly add the oil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Blend until firm.
