Whilst those chestnuts are-a-roasting, it\u2019s time to give your table some love. Read on for Sophie\u2019s expert tips on setting the scene for the big day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Set the scene with matching festive table linens <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A table runner gives your dining table some Christmas cheer, along with matching festive placemats and coasters. For a magical touch, add a centrepiece of scarlet winter berries and twinkling fairy light clusters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Add glassware for extra sparkle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wonderful to toast to a merry Christmas with your loved ones, and a beautiful way to add glitz and glamour next to a candle to reflect the gently flickering flames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Greenery and foliage create a magical traditional feel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 <\/strong>A traditional Christmas table setting needs some greenery. You could forage for ivy and other evergreen foliage, or go faux.
