You\u2019ll love its ghoulishly good pink flesh so order in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindfulchef.com\/my-account\/calendar\" target=\"_blank\">your account<\/a> now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you need <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 x tin of condensed creamed coconut<\/li><li>65 grams of coconut sugar<\/li><li>65g of vegan butter<\/li><li>3 or 4 kissabel apples<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chopped hazelnuts<\/li><li>Ground almonds<\/li><li>Coconut chips\/flakes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To make the chocolate sauce: melt 100g of vegan chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water for 5 mins until melted.<\/li><li>To make the toffee sauce: add 210g tin of condensed coconut milk into a pan with 65g of coconut sugar and bring to a simmer. <\/li><li>Once the sugar has dissolved and starts to bubble (be careful not to burn) remove from the heat and add 65g of vegan butter and stir in until it&#8217;s melted. Allow to cool slightly until it thickens.<\/li><li>Using a melon baller cut the apples into spheres or wedges and then skewer with a cocktail stick.<\/li><li>Dip into the chocolate or toffee. Sprinkle with chopped nuts\/ground almonds\/ coconut flakes.
