Especially as we&#8217;re increasingly busy with a high mental <g class=\"gr_ gr_8 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"8\" data-gr-id=\"8\">overload<\/g>, which can trigger impulsive decision-making once you reach the supermarket. That, along with an \u201call or nothing\u201d approach, is why resolutions so often fly out the window by the third week of January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The quicker you create a plant-based routine, the easier you will find vegan eating. Habits, once ingrained, require little thought: that\u2019s why bad habits can be tricky to break and good habits, once established, are so easy to keep up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best routines contain only a few steps and as little decision-making as possible, minimising the risk of slipping up. Draw up your shopping list when you\u2019re not hungry, and order your groceries online. Make sure you\u2019ve mastered a few basic recipes that you actually enjoy, that you can come back to again and again. Curries tend to be a great cuisine to easily &#8216;veganise&#8217; and cook up in batches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But also push yourself: half the fun is experimenting.
