We&#8217;ve served this healthy twist on a British classic with a dollop of dairy free vanilla yoghurt for the ultimate warming Autumnal dessert. Perfect for dinner parties, midweek dinners or even breakfast!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card-inner\">\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Spiced plums<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 plums<\/li>\n<li>70ml cold water<\/li>\n<li>50ml maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp mixed spice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Crumble topping<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80g gluten-free oats <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50g pecans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20g flaked almonds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp chia seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 tsp desiccated coconut<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pinch of sea salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Vanilla yoghurt <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150ml coconut yoghurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp vanilla bean paste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-card-inner\">\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat the oven to 180 C \/ gas mark 4.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut the plums in half, remove the stones and slice each half into 4 slices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place the plum slices in an ovenproof dish or a deep baking tray and pour over the maple syrup, cold water and sprinkle over the spices. Place in the oven for 20 mins to soften.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a bowl, mix together all the dry crumble ingredients then stir in the maple syrup and coconut oil. Spread out into a thin layer on a baking tray. Place in the oven for 15 mins, turning halfway through, until turning golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the plums and crumble topping are cooking, combine the coconut yoghurt with the maple syrup and vanilla bean paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spoon the plums into four warm bowls, top with the maple pecan &amp; chia crumble and spoon over the vanilla coconut yoghurt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Mindful Chef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindfulchef.com\/healthy-recipe-boxes\">recipe boxes<\/a> provide you with the tools to cook delicious nutritious meals, in under 30 minutes.
